About the Author
Dr. Larry Jinkins is a Doctor of Strategic Leadership with Biblical Principles who specializes in transformative leadership and purpose-driven strategies. He is the founder of E⁷ Leadership LLC and the creator of the E⁷ Leadership™ model, a seven-phase framework f or excellence rooted in biblically centered leadership principles. As the author of Illuminating E⁷: Excellence in Leadership – Biblically Centered Leadership Principles & Practices (2025), he equips leaders to move beyond surface-level motivation and into deep, sustainable transformation.
Currently a tenure-track professor at Indiana University Kokomo, Dr. Jinkins also serves as a strategic consultant and trainer to organizations, municipalities, and executive teams. His recent work includes risk management training and executive leadership coaching across a wide range of industries, including sports, hospitality, public service, and HVAC.
Dr. Jinkins was recognized as an award-winning sales professional and trainer across the retail, construction, and automotive sectors from the late 1980s through 2005. He has provided consulting and sales training continuously since 1992, a practice that continues today. Known for his ability to see the big picture and solve complex problems, his strategic insight has supported numerous community growth initiatives, including research assistance for the City of Westfield, Indiana; the development of a tourism plan for Whiting, Indiana; and risk mitigation strategies for Harrison, New York.
